Refunds

Web Design
TigerMedia's mission is to provide a quality design for your business or company. A final product may take several drafts to complete; We will provide the client with samples or "proofs" of our work during production for approval. If the client is unhappy with the design it will be redesgined in whole or part until it satisfies the client. Under normal circumstances we do not provide refunds for projects that have started production. This includes any project in production, project deposits, installed scripts, or other creative services.

TigerMedia guaruntees delivery of a suitable website within a reasonable length of time (30-90 days), or will provide a refund for the project if we are unable to deliver website.

Production will not begin until after a 50% deposit has been received.

Advertising
Tiger Media acts as a mediator between buyer (advertiser) and seller (publisher) of advertising space. Once a deal is agreed upon and paid for by the advertiser, the publisher must deliver the agreed placement for the duration of the placement. Failure to do so may result in full or partial refund to the advertiser without compensation to the publisher. In addition, a single recurring advertising payment may be refunded if the advertiser contacts us within 24 hours after the rebill to cancel the advertisment. In the case of ad placement reservations, if the waiting time is longer than expected or stated by seller, the buyer may request a refund at any time after the target placement date. TigerMedia believes in fairness so refunds may also be given in other special circumstances.

Delivery

Web Design
Digital Delivery of web development (design, graphics, programming) shall be made upon full payment for the project. Full payment must be made upon completion of the project and failure to do so will result in loss of deposit. Depending on the project, project completion can take between 30 days and 90 days. If there are forseeable delays in delivery or completion, the client will be notified as soon as possible.

Advertising
Delivery (placement) of advertising on the publisher's website will take place as soon as possible (usually within 24-48 hours). In the case of payments for reservations, the ad will be placed as soon as the placement becomes available.
